I am a Muslim. and I love Prophet Jesus just how I love Prophet Muhammad and all the other Prophets and Messengers that was sent by GOD Allah Almighty The Creator (May peace and blessings of Allah be upon them all).
My name is Hussein Kefel, a Lebanese, I was born and raised in Sierra Leone west Africa. My first primary school that i attended was St. Pauls in Kenema town in the eastern province of Sierra Leone. At secondary level i attended the Holy Trinity School Kenema. In 1983 my Dad sent me to my home land Lebanon to study English ,Arabic & French.
In 1985 I joined a trading business with my elder brother in Sierra Leone. Almost after a decade I got married in June 1993 and I established my own store "KEFEL Electronics" .
I imported my goods from UK, Germany, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China.
The years between 1997 till 2000 Sierra Leone entered in a bloody war with rebels from neighbouring Liberia and business collapsed totally. Despite the wars, Sierra Leone is still special in my heart, Sierra Leoneans are very nice and friendly people.
I have learned that the Country had been recovered and business is much better nowadays. I wish Sierra Leone and the people of Sierra Leone God's blessings and hope the new Government will succeed in every plan that they are working on for progress in the development of Sierra Leone.
About this site:
I decided to launch this site mainly to share my experience about
this sacred place of Prophet Jesus (Peace be upon him). A place
that is mentioned in the Holy Bible "Cana, The Galilee".
Today, I know that many people are unaware of this fact that this sacred place "Cana" which is mentioned in the Holy Bible that is located in Lebanon.
I know that lots of arguments are still out there to many that still
thinks that the Biblical Cana is in Palestine., which for sure is not.
If only you decide to go over the story starting from The Gospel of
John 2:1-12 you'l probably notice the fact.
John 2:12 which says:
12 After this he went down to Capernaum with his mother and brothers and his disciples. There they stayed for a few days.
Prophet Jesus (Peace be upon him) was the first to evangelize the Gentiles when he visited Tyre and performed a miracle for the Syro-Phoenician woman's daughter, as noted in Matthew 15:21-28 and Mark 7:24-30. He then went by way of Sidon on to the Sea of Galilee (Mark 7:31). The Gospel of John 2:1-12 describes Jesus performing his first miracle, when he turned water into wine at the request of his mother Mary at the wedding feast of Qana in Galilee. The Qana southwest of Tyre in Lebanon today was located in the region of Galilee at the time of Jesus. The church historian Eusebius of Caesarea in 339 wrote that Qana of Galilee is the Qana south of Sidon. But the fact that Jesus went down to Capernaum (John 2:12) suggests the wedding at Qana took place in Qana of Lebanon, for Qana of Palestine is south of Capernaum, and Jesus would have had to go up to Capernaum were it Qana of Palestine! Further more, there is a grotto in Qana, Lebanon with large stone water jars as well as a sculpture symbolic of Jesus and the Twelve Apostles. And also the rock-carved hermitages that provide further proof of the early presence of Christianity in the region.
As a kid, i was inspired by my father who taught me about cameras.
Photography is one of my hobbies, and i love paintings, digital art, and graphic designing as well, and in addition I play piano. As i'm getting older my passion for photography had led me to become an enthusiastic photographer. One of my favourite photo scenes are sunsets.
I see life through photographs, and even when i am without camera, i find my self capturing moments in my mind as snapshots.
Today, i am living in The U.A.E and working together with my brothers in our company as general suppliers and at the same time keeping my interest in photography.
I thank you for visiting JesusinGalilee.com website.

Chapter: At-Tin (The Fig)
Verse: 1 - 8
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the fig and the olive, (1) By Mount Sinai, (2) And by this land made safe; (3) Surely We created man of the best stature (4) Then we reduced him to the lowest of the low, (5) Save those who believe and do good works, and theirs is a reward unfailing. (6) So who henceforth will give the lie to thee about the judgment? (7) Is not Allah the most conclusive of all judges? (8)
